If you're looking for icons for your Web page, go to the bank -- the Icon Bank, that is. This collection features several hundred icon-sized 256-color images in .gif format (Gif89 transparent file format, to be exact), with the promise of 5000 images total when you register. Icon Bank uses your Web browser to look through its well-organized pages. When you find a graphic you like, just right-click it and select Save Picture As. Although you could use a third-party program to convert its images to .ico format for use in Windows, Icon Bank is intended for Webmeisters and programmers. A 32-bit version is also available.
